About Us.

We've been working to help people all over the world breathe better for over 10 years. Working in our community is important to us. We'd love to get to know you and help you find some breathing room.

Our Skills.

We bring together movement, assessment, manual therapy, breath retraining tools, and breathing therapies that are all based in research and science. ​

Our ​Goals.

Using these varied tools, we can help people who are experiencing breathing discomfort, dyspnea, asthma, snoring, sleep apnea, digestive upset, stress and anxiety. Breathing impacts every cell in your body, every system. Creating better breathing patterns influences the whole body, the whole person. We want to help you be your best, healthiest self.

Integrative Breathing Therapy, Buteyko Breathing, Yoga Teacher

As a yoga teacher, Jennifer was always intrigued with the breathing (pranayama) practices. To be a better yoga teacher, she became a Buteyko Educator, and then a HeartMath specialist, and then an Integrative Breathing Therapist. Now she uses yoga and movement to help people develop better breathing habits, and to help correct breathing pattern disorders. Jennifer also continues to teach in yoga teacher training programs, educating new yoga teachers about functional breathing and pranayama. You can learn more about Jennifer and join her for yoga here.

RMT, Oromyofunctional Therapist, Buteyko Breathing Educator

Declan has been a massage therapist for over 30 years, most of which was spent working and training new therapists in the U.K. Buteyko breathing was added to his skillset to help people deal with stress and anxiety, as well as breathing pattern disorders. More recently, he's become an Oromyofunctional Therapist, assessing and treating mouths and faces for airway health and function of the tongue, mouth, and jaw. Declan has worked closely with other health professionals throughout his career to help his clients achieve optimal health and wellness.
